This high-speed cutter, with a 5/16" (7.9mm) working diameter, is compatible with all Dremel high-speed rotary tools and is ideal for detailed material removal tasks such as shaping, carving, engraving, hollowing, precision cutting, grooving, slotting, inlaying, making tapered holes, or freehand routing. The cylinder shape of the carving bit allows for deep material removal, flat area cuts, and round edge cuts. It also enables stop cuts and V-cuts. The carving bit's accessory tip creates flat-bottom slots, grooves, and flat side cuts. Holding the bit at a 45-degree angle allows for V-cuts. Each package includes two carving bits. In addition to its high performance and long-lasting durability, the Max Life 115HP Carving Bit is suitable for carving and engraving various materials, including wood, soft metals, and plastic.
